Inspiration Challenge - Advertising
While we're waiting for Dustin's website to get fully up and running, I decided to play along in another The Cuttlebug Spot challenge. This week the inspiration is to come from advertisements. Who isn't inspired by chocolate? I found this cute little bag of melt in your mouth Lindt chocolates at Target.
Here's the ad:

This is adorable!!! Did you print him in color, or did you did you print on colored paper?
ReplyDeleteI love how Dustin colors, so I used his colored version. I printed two colored frogs*. One I ran through the Cuttlebug and the other I cut out the eyes to layer on top. The balloon I typed the words and used Glossy Accent.
ReplyDelete*Tip on layering: Copy the same image as many times as you need. You will have a master layer (don't cut). On the other layers, crop the image to only the section you will be using. Then print. This will make your ink cartridges last longer.
Thanks for asking!
Thanks for the help! Also on your duck, which I would like to CASE the idea, did you re-size him? I LOVE your site and what you do with Dustin's images. You do SUCH terrific work. Thank you so much for your input.
